When you decide to go ahead, this is what you should do:

1. Follow the link to order your speech. Click on either WEDDING SPEECH or OTHER OCCASION SPEECH as appropriate. Fill in the questionnaire. This gives us the basic knowledge that we need to start the process. If a particular question is clearly irrelevant, just ignore it.
2. If the questions don't seem to cover your particular situation, or you require a speech that is longer, please call us.
3. Send your answers to us via the on-line return facility, together with your payment.
4. We will phone you within 72 hours for an extended discussion about the information you have supplied. This will give us a chance to get a real feel for the occasion.
5. We will then write the speech. It is likely that we will contact you again during the writing phase, as queries will almost inevitably crop up. Please make sure that you tell us the best times to phone you.
6. You will receive the speech as a Word document within ten days of our receiving your answers to the questionnaire. We will also provide a sheet of Key Delivery Tips. If you require a finished speech within 72 hours, there will be a 100% surcharge.
7. We will be available by phone or e-mail if there is anything in the script that needs clarification or amendment.
